Nitasha Rakesh Sihag transcended the caste barriers to have a say of her own remaining in Haryana’s northern-most district Sirsa village Khari Sureran with her family after completing her MBA from Meerut. She contested the Panchayat Samiti election and won it with thumping majority. She worked hard to raise the voice of her constituents at appropriate level and was made a member of the state public relation and district grievance redressal committee. The BJP has elevated her to party district president of the women’s wing.
