Kristine Anvik Leach is Managing Director for Jotun Paints India Pvt Ltd, and is the first female leader for the company. She holds a Master of Science in Management. With experience from working in England, Norway, Malaysia and India, Kristine is used to breaking glass ceilings as young female leader. A people centric approach is at the core of Kristine’s leadership principles. She is based in Mumbai, where she has been focusing on driving the business through UN sustainability goals. Especially related to gender equality, in the predominantly male dominated industry of paint and coatings.
