Kristina Jullum Hagen is Head of Department for Labour market and Social Affairs at the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO), Norway’s largest employer organisation. She is a political scientist and a gender equality expert, and was previously in charge of NHO’s successful talent programme Female Future.
