Archana Vadala has extensive experience in areas of Recruitment in Technology industry. She worked in Google, India for 6 years and helped grow their engineering and online sales team. She joined Facebook in 2010 to help establish Facebook in India. She is currently responsible for recruitment for Facebook in India, Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia and leads a highly motivated and talented team of recruiters across APAC. She is also the site-lead for Facebook, Hyderabad and works closely with cross functional leaders across all geographies. Archana holds a Master’s degree in Business. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her two kids & family and grow greens on her organic terrace garden.
